01. 1. Through the contempt a serious allegation is made that even after the direction of the Single Bench being confirmed in W.A. No.246 of 2014, the amount involving the TBA has not been released in favour of the Petitioner as yet. This Court, while directing the Petitioner to serve an extra copy of the brief on Mr. P.Ch. Panda, learned AGA within three working days hence, also directs Mr. P.Ch. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate to obtain instruction on the reason of delay in discharging the responsibility flowing from a judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.27631 of 2011 even after passage of so much time.
