6. 1. The expressions "MACA No.270 of 2018" mentioned in the order dated 8.11.2021 be corrected as "RSA No.270 of 2018".

2. Heard Mr.Behera, learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. The Appellant was the Plaintiff. The suit was for declaration of right title interest on the ground of adverse possession. The suit was dismissed and the present appeal is against the confirming judgment of the learned First Appellate Court.

4. Keeping in view the pleadings of the Plaintiff - Appellant in the suit, no reason is found to admit the appeal.

5. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
