ORDER
15.11.2021
Order No. Misc. Case No.809 of 2010
13. 1. For the reasons stated therein, this application for condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the appeal is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
W.A. No.429 of 2010
2. The judgment of the learned Single Judge was in writ petitions filed against an order of the Member, Board of Revenue, Orissa in OLR Revision Cases. Such a writ petition obviously is under
Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the impugned order is also only in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution.
3. In the circumstances, this intra-court appeal against such an order would not be maintainable. On this short ground, the writ appeal is dismissed.
(Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice
(A. K. Mohapatra ) Judge M. Panda
