3. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in WPC (OAC) No. 2480 of 2015 and WPC (OAC) No. 3237 of 2016, which have been dismissed vide common judgment delivered today (12.11.2021) by this Court.

4. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 12.11.2021 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 2480 of 2015 and WPC (OAC) No. 3237 of 2016, this writ petition is dismissed.
