06. 2. Issue notice on the question of limitation.

3. Advocate Mr. K.K. Das accepts notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 5. Copy of the I.A. as well as the appeal memo and the impugned judgment be served on him within three working days.

4. Issue notice to the Respondent No.6 by Speed Post fixing short returnable date for which requisites be filed within three working days.

5. List this matter on 18th January, 2022 and in the meantime copy of the LCRs be obtained.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
