04. 1. This is an application filed by Opposite Party No.5 seeking transfer of the present writ petition to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court of India dated 9th August, 2012 in W.P.(C) No.50 of 1998 (Bhopal Gas Peedith Mahila Udyog Sangathan v. Union of India).

2. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The writ petition stands transferred to the NGT, Kolkata. The Registry will arrange to transfer the records of the writ petition to the NGT in accordance with the Rules.
