Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the
judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v. State of
Odisha, 2017 (I) ILR CUT 546 vide order dated 18.12.2020 under
Annexure-6, which has been passed in pursuance of the order
dated 20.06.2019 in W.P.(C) No.10327 of 2019, the petitioner
approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on
learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education
Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three
days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
Steps for service of notice on opposite party no.4 by
registered post with A.D. be taken within three days. Office shall
send notice to the said opposite party fixing an early returnable
date.
