                    learned Assistant Solicitor General will examine whether the
                    office order passed on 22.01.2015 which was filed by way of
                    additional affidavit before the Tribunal was the office order
                    pursuant to the direction of the Apex Court or not and whether
                    the said judgment is the judgment in rem or judgment in
                    personam, by the next date.
