14. 03.03.2021 1. Heard Mr. Chetan Sharma, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. R. Chimanka, learned Senior Standing Counsel assisted by Mr. A. Kedia, learned Junior Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties-Income Tax Department.

2. Mr. Sharma handed over a compilation of propositions as well as copies of judgments that he seeks to rely upon. Copies thereof be provided to Mr. Chimanka within three working days. Mr. Chimanka is permitted to file his written note of submissions and a compilation of judgments that he seeks to rely upon, by the next date.

3. The Petitioner is also permitted to file an additional affidavit to bring on record the development subsequent to the previous date of hearing.

4. List for final hearing on 17th May, 2021.

5. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
