Heard Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the
petitioners.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioners in terms of
the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v.
State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & others, 2016 (I)
ILR-1162 vide order dated 21.08.2020 under Annexure-3,
which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated
28.05.2020 in W.P.(C) No.12653 of 2020, the petitioners have
approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Four extra copies of the writ petition be served on
learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education
Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 4 within
three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter
affidavit.
