Order No. The matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 02 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioners in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v. State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & others, 2016 (I) ILR-1162 vide order dated 22.12.2020 under Annexure-3, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 10.06.2020 in W.P.(C) No.13668 of 2020, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Two extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 and 2 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
