29.06.2021 Order No. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 02 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v. State of Odisha, 2017 (I) ILR CUT 546 vide order dated 09.01.2020 under Annexure-5, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 22.10.2019 in W.P.(C) No.19290 of 2019, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
Steps for service of notice on opposite party no.4 by registered post with A.D. be taken within three days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing an early returnable date.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
