Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioners in terms of the
judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri v. State of
Odisha, 2016 (I) ILR CUT 1162 vide order dated 12.11.2020
under Annexure-3, which has been passed in pursuance of the
order dated 06.08.2020 in W.P.(C) No.16980 of 2020, the
petitioners have approached this Court by filing the present writ
petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Two extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned
State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 and 2 within
three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter
affidavit.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19
situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize
a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par
with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned
advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587
dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798
dated 15th April, 2021.
