Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider their candidature and issue necessary engagement order by taking into account the vacancies available in ST/SC category as well as the observation made by this Court in judgment dated 2310.2017 and further seek direction to issue necessary engagement order in their favour under un-trained category considering their qualification and reasonable time may be given to undergo the training, i.e., C.T./B.Ed.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-5 series and direction be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
