                                    Heard Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional
                        Government Advocate for the Appellants and Mr. B.S.
                        Tripathy-I, learned counsel for the respondents in all the Writ
                        Appeals.
                                    Further hearing is taken up.
                                    Hearing is concluded.
                                    On the last date i.e. on 26.03.2021, the Court Master
                        inadvertently mentioned       in the order-sheet that only W.A.
                        Nos.29, 100 and 101 of 2021 were heard. In fact, all the bunch
                        of appeals i.e. W.A. Nos.29, 79, 80, 100, 101 and 165 of 2021,
                        being the same cases and the same principle of law, were heard
                        together.
                                    So, all the said Appeals are disposed of and
                        pronounced vide separate sheets by common judgment.
