2. In view of the common judgment dated 7th June 2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13789 of 2019 (O.A.T. Bar Association, Cuttack v. Union of India and others) and batch, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

4.
