04. 1. This matter was not in the today's list. On being mentioned, the matter was taken up by way of special notice through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. As an interim measure, it is directed that petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Burla P.S. Case No.251 of 2021 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M, Sambalpur till pronouncement of the judgment subject to the condition that he shall cooperate with the investigation.

4. As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March 2020.
