2.   08.06.2021            The matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
                           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
                           The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking
                  direction to opposite parties to regularize the service of the
                  petitioner as peon in the office of the Angul Municipality
                  with all consequential accrued service benefit on the basis of
                  Principal spelt out Secretary State of Karnatak & others
                  vs. Umadevi, 2006 (4) SCC 1 and judgment passed in State
                  of Karnatak and others vrs. M.L. Keshari & Others,
                  2020 (II) OLR SC 482 coupled with principle spelt out in the
                  case of Amarkanti Ray vs. State of Bihar in Civil Appeal
                  No. 2835 of 2015 further on the strength of long standing
                  service/uninterrupted service as against the substantial
                  post of peon at the district of Angul Municipality.
                           In   course   of   hearing,   learned   counsel   for   the
                  petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the
                  petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1
                  vide Annexure-11 and the same may be directed to be
                  disposed of within a stipulated time.
                           Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner,
                  this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of
                  the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite
                  party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the
                  petitioner vide Annexure-11 and pass appropriate order in
                  accordance with law within a period of three months from
                  the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this
                  order.
               As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19
        situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may
        utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's
        website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by
        the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide
        Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified
        by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
