13. 02.06.2021 Due to some typographical error crept in the
judgment dated 04.05.2021, this Court suo motu listed this
matter today for correction.
The matter is taken up through video conferencing
mode.
In paragraph-26 at page 71 of the judgment, the
words "has been issued" typed in the 14th line from the top,
after the date "11.03.2020" and before the word "without"
stand deleted. Similarly, in the 9th line from the top of page 72
of the judgment the words "has been prescribed" typed after
the word "strength" and before the word "for" stand
substituted by the word "prescribing".
Necessary correction be carried out accordingly.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19
situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may
utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's
website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the
concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's
Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's
notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
