Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri v. State of Odisha, 2016 (I) ILR CUT 1162 vide order dated 15.03.2021 under Annexure-3, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 04.09.2020 in W.P.(C) No.22510 of 2020, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
List on 20.07.2021 along with W.P.(C) No.29322 of 2020. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
