Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioners in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri v. State of Odisha, 2016 (I) ILR CUT 1162 vide order dated 30.03.2021 under Annexure-6, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 19.08.2020 in W.P.(C) No.17919 of 2020, the petitioners approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
Steps for service of notice on opposite party no.4 by registered post with A.D. be taken within three days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing an early returnable date.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
