Heard Mr. B. Routray, learned Sr. Adv. Appearing on
behalf of petitioners and Miss S. Mishra, learned ASC for the
State-O.Ps.
This Writ Petition involves non-implementation of the
judgment passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.1467(C) of 2019 on
24.07.2019.
Considering the submissions made, this Court directs
the opposite party-authorities to work-out the direction issued
by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1467 (C) of
2019 by taking all effective steps within a period of one month
from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the
petitioner, if there is no legal impediment inasmuch as stay
order operating involving the order passed in O.A. No.1467(C) of
2019. Failing which, it will be construed to be deliberate
violation of the Court's order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19,
petitioner(s) may utilize the soft copy of this order available in
the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with
certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice
No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
