There is no disagreement in Bar
that present case is an offshoot of the
proceeding vide W.P.(C) No.5217 of 2018
and issue involved here is already taken
care in disposal of the W.P.(C) No.5217
of 2018. In view of the judgment passed
in W.P.(C) No.5217 of 2018, no further
order is necessary to be passed in this
Writ Petition. Fate of this case shall be
governed by the judgment in W.P.(C)
No.5217 of 2018.
The Writ Petition stands disposed
of with the above order.
