6.     25.01.2021             This matter is taken up through
                    Video Conferencing.
                              Heard Mr. M.K. Mishra, learned
                    Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of
                    the petitioner and Mr. B.K. Sharma,
                    learned counsel for O.Ps1 & 2.
                              There is no disagreement in Bar
                    that present case is an offshoot of the
                    proceeding vide W.P.(C) No.5217 of 2018
                    and issue involved here is already taken
                    care in disposal of the W.P.(C) No.5217
                    of 2018. In view of the judgment passed
                    in W.P.(C) No.5217 of 2018, no further
                    order is necessary to be passed in this
                    Writ Petition. Fate of this case shall be
                    governed by the judgment in W.P.(C)
                    No.5217 of 2018.
                              The Writ Petition stands disposed
                    of with the above order.
                              As restrictions are still continuing
                    due    to COVID-19, petitioner(s) may
                    utilize    the    soft    copy   of   this   order
                    available in the High Court's website or
                    print out thereof at par with certified
                    copies in the manner prescribed, vide
                    Court's          Notice      No.4587,        dated
