 5.    19.01.2021          This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
                           There is a mistaken listing of this matter. Since notice
                    in the matter is already issued, the matter has been listed on
                    the impression that this case is already covered by one of the
                    judgment of this Court. Learned State Counsel, however,
                    raised a dispute regarding covering of this case. Be that as it
                    may, learned counsel for O.P.4 makes a statement that in the
                    meantime the O.P.4 has taken away the brief from him along
                    with consent to engage some other counsel on behalf of him. In
                    such event there is no prevention for engagement of a fresh
                    counsel.
                           Since notice is already issued in this matter, the matter
                    is delisted and directed to be listed for final disposal in usual
                    course after normal functioning of the Court work, as this
                    Court is busy in taking up the old matters.
                           Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next
                    date of listing.
                           As   restrictions   are continuing   due   to   COVID-19,
                    petitioner(s) may utilize the soft copy of this order available in
                    the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with
                    certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice
                    No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
