                            Mr.Panda, learned Standing Counsel for School

                  is squarely covered by the decision rendered by the
                  Division Bench headed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice in a
                  Public Interest Litigation. They will file the copy of the
                  judgment rendered in the said Public Interest Litigation
                  within a week.
