19.     12.01.2021              In the wake of the pandemic Covid-19,
                     the case is taken up through V.C.
                                This case was earlier reserved. But, for
                     certain clarification this case was listed under the
                     caption "to be mentioned" including the clarification
                     whether the matter relates to the case of the
                     petitioner wherein this Court had recused after the
                     judgment    was    reserved,    in   view   of   certain
                     unfortunate development in that case.
                                Accordingly, on the earlier occasions,
                     counsel for the parties have argued further in this
                     case but with regard to the clarification on the
                     second point, the case was adjourned to 4.1.2021.
                     On that day, the case was not listed and listed it
                     today. It is clarified by the learned counsel for the
                     parties that this case is not in any way related to the
                     earlier case which was recused by this Court and as
                     such, there is no impediment on the part of this
                     Court in delivering the order in this matter.
                                Accordingly, list this matter tomorrow
                     (13.01.2021) under the heading "for delivery of
                     orders".
