02   11.01.2021           The matter is taken up through video conferencing
                  mode.
                            This    matter       is    taken      up     through        Video
                  Conferencing mode.
                            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The
                  petitioner has the following prayer:
                                " Under the facts and circumstances briefly narrated
                            above, it is most humbly submitted that this Hon'ble Court
                            be graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus
                            directing the Branch Manager, State Bank of India,
                            Paradeep (O.P.) to disburse the petitioner his legitimate
                            share of 1/3rd from the Saving Bank Accounts of her late
                            father Lokanath Parija.
                                  And may pass any other order/orders as deem fit and
                            proper in the case.
                                  And for which act of your kindness the petitioner as in
                            duty bound shall ever pray."

                            On the selfsame issue, petitioner has already
                  made grievance before the competent authority, Branch
                  Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Manager, State Bank
                  of India, Paradeep, opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-3.
                  Petitioner takes help of the judgment of the Hon'ble apex
                  Court for mitigating her grievance. For the pendency of
                  the grievance before opposite party no.1, this Court
                  disposes of the matter directing opposite party no.1 to
                  deal with Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order, taking
                  into consideration the decision cited by the petitioner at
                  Annexure-4 as well as the grounds taken in the writ
                  petition. The entire exercise shall be completed within a
                  period of one and half months from the date of
                  communication of this order by the petitioner along with
                  copy of the writ petition.
                            As restrictions are continuing owing to COVID-
                  19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft
                  copy of this order available in the High Court's website or
        print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner
       prescribed,   vide   Court's   Notification   No.4587   dated
       25.3.2020.
