2   26.2.2021               Heard learned counsel for the parties.
                            Considering    the   submissions   made   by   the
                parties, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction
                to the O.P.1 to consider the representation at the instance of
                petitioner vide Annexure-8 and take a lawful decision in the
                matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ
                Petition so also the judgment at Annexure-9. The entire
                exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from
                the date of communication of a copy of this order along with
                copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
                            Issue urgent certified copy.
