02. 03.02.2021 The matter is taken up through video conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned
State counsel.
Considering the submissions and on going through the
nature of accusations; further keeping in view the
surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the
petitioner; it is directed that in the event the petitioners
surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection
with Parajanga P.S. Case No.05 of 2021 corresponding to
G.R. Case No.05 of 2021 pending in the court of learned
J.M.F.C., Parjanga, within two weeks hence and move for
their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such
terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by
the said court.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are
continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft
copy of this order/judgment available in the High Court's
website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the
manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th
March, 2020.
