30. 1. The judgment dated 30th July, 2009 passed by this Court allowing the Petition was, on an appeal by the State of Odisha, set aside by the Supreme Court by order dated 23rd November, 2021 in Civil Appeal No.6490 of 2014. The appeal was allowed with cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited by the Respondents i.e. the present writ Petitioners with the National Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks.
2. The Supreme Court has in the said judgment further directed that the present writ petition be revived before this Court and be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the Supreme Court's order.
3. Ms. Mamata Mishra, learned counsel, who was earlier appearing for the writ Petitioners today states that the papers have been taken away from her and she has no instructions.
4. In that view of the matter, notice without process fee be issued to Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 by Registered Post with A.D. returnable by 7th February, 2022. The tracking report be placed on record.
5. List on 7th February, 2022.
