Order No. 24.12.2021 01. 1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that in spite of
dismissal of W.P.(C) No.11821 of 2018 by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 13.8.2018, even though a Review Petition, vide RVWPET No.316/2019 has been filed, but as on date there is no movement in such Review.
2. This Court observes, pendency of the Review Petition cannot stand on the way of compliance of the order of the Tribunal and the order needs to be complied with dependent on the judgment in W.P.(C) No.11821 of 2018 but compliance, if any, shall however be without prejudice to the claim in the pending Review Petition. The Contemnor and/or the present incumbent is directed to comply with the order involved by working out the same within a period of one and half months with communication of the order to the Party concerned within one week thereafter.
3. With the above direction, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
