04. CRLREV No.464 of 2021 & CRLREV No.444 of 2021

1. These matters are taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It appears that challenging the same judgment of two revisions have been filed by Mangal Sing in CRLREV No.464 of 2021 and Mangal Sing and Kartik Singh in CRLREV No.444 of 2021.

3. It is stated at the bar that pursuant to execution of NBW of arrest, Mangal Sing has been arrested on 08.11.2021 and is now he is in custody in Circle Jail, Baripada.

3. Registry is directed to call a report from the Superintendent of Circle Jail, Baripada, who shall take instructions from the petitioner-Mangal Sing, S/o. Hadiram Sing regarding his choice of counsels as two separate revision have been filed by different counsels.

4. List the case on 12.01.2022.
