2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 1st December 2021 passed in STREV No.64 of 2016.
3. Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue Department does not object to the same.
4. Accordingly, in view of the judgment dated 1st December 2021 passed by this Court in STREV No.64 of 2016 (M/s. Keshab Automobiles v State of Odisha), the present petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Accordingly, the impugned

assessment order as well as the consequential demand is hereby set aside.
