2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his services on completion of five years of service as per letter No.924/FE (G)-05 of 2008 dated 01.02.2016 from the Engineer in Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar with all financial benefits at parr with others pursuant to the order passed in O.A. No.827 of 2014 confirmed by this Court in OJC No.9627 of 1999 and Civil Appeal No.935 of 1999 by the apex Court.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of

keeping in view the judgments of the apex Court in Secretary State of Karnataka and Others v. Umadevi (3) and Others (2006) 4 SCC 1 and State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, (2010) 9 SCC 247.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law keeping in view the ratio decided by the apex Court in Umadevi & M.L. Keshari (supra) as well as Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
