7. 1. Heard Mr.S.P.Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant and Mr.S.K.Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Respondents 1 & 2.

2. It is submitted by both parties that the scope of settlement of dispute between the parties is no more and there is no chance of amicable settlement.

3. The present appeal is against the concurring judgment of the First Appellate Court. The suit was for eviction which was decreed in favour of the plaintiffs along with damages for the relevant period. No ground is seen in favour of the Appellant nor any substantial question of law is there to admit the appeal.

4. The appeal is dismissed.
