This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to approve her appointment as against additional section in Class-VII with effect from 16.08.1989 and to release the consequential service benefits in terms of the judgment in t he case of Dasarathi Khamari v. State of Orissa, O.A. No.3474(C) of 1997, which has been disposed of on 26.11.2002. She further seeks direction to allow her to undergo C.T. training within a period of three years as an in-service candidate and pay her salary from the date the school was taken over till date with all other service benefits within a stipulated period.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by this Court

in State of Orissa v. Nabin Kumar Beura, 2011 (I) OLR

149. Therefore, direction may be issued to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Nabin Kumar Beura (supra).

4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
