2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to sanction grade pay of Rs.4600/- w.e.f. 01.01.2013 as 2nd RACP and to pay the differential amount within a stipulated time.

3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of State of Odisha and another v. Bihari Lal and others (W.P.(C) No.2831 of 2016 disposed of on 27.06.2016) and Annexure-6, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

4. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of State of Odisha and another v. Bihari Lal and others (W.P.(C) No.2831 of 2016 disposed of on 27.06.2016) and Annexure-6, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
