This I.A. has been filed for dispensing with filing of the certified copy of Annexure-1 which is the judgment dated 23.04.2021 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Athamallik in CT (S) No. 25 of 2010.

Wrong noting has been given by the Dealing Assistant that defect no.5(d) has not been removed as defect no.5(a) relates to non- filing of the certified copy of the trial court judgment while defect no.5(d) relates to non-filing of the receipt showing service of copy on A.G. and defect no.5(d) has been removed as the receipt showing copy on A.G. has been filed on 29.11.2021.

Defect No. 5(a) remains as the certified copy of the trial court judgment has not been filed. But I.A. No. 697 of 2021 has been filed for dispensing with filing of the certified copy of the judgment dated 23.04.2021 stating that it has been filed earlier in another case, without giving any details.
