Considering the grounds taken in the application for condonation of delay, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay in preferring the review, in view of the judgment of this Court in State of Odisha v. Bishnupriya Routray, 118 (2014) CLT 588, and accordingly the I.A. for Condonation of delay is dismissed.

3. Consequentially, the leave to review is denied and the review petition is dismissed as barred by limitation.
