1. Mr. Rath, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and
submits, relief prayed for by his client is for the authority to permit him
to sell ancestral property and have the sale deed registered. He refers to
annexure-3, which is copy of circular dated 17th November, 2014
addressed to all Collectors/ Inspector General of Registration. There is
reference in the circular to judgment in W.P.(C) no.9997 of 2014
( Dhabal Prasad Pradhan v. State of Odisha) reported in 2014 (II)
OLR-902).
2. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate
appears on behalf of State and submits, there be direction upon
opposite party no.3 to consider petitioner's claim in light of said
circular and judgment.

3. Opposite party no.3, on communication of this order, will deal
with petitioner's claim in light of said circular dated 17th November,
2014 and the judgment in W.P.(C) no.9997 of 2014 reported in 2014
(II) OLR 902. Petitioner must be informed, regarding permission
sought, within three weeks of the communication.
4. The writ petition is disposed of.
