02.    30.04.2021         This matter is taken up through video conferencing.
                          Heard Mr. K.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner
                    and Mr. P.K. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for Transport
                    Department.
                          The petitioner has filed this application challenging the
                    tax and penalty imposed on his vehicle by the authority.
                          Considering the contentions raised in the writ petition
                    and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, this writ
                    petition is disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by
                    this Court in Sujit Kumar Dhir v. R.T.O., Keonjhar, 2014 (II)
                    OLR 1070.
                          As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19
                    situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may
                    utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's
                    website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the
                    concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's
                    Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's
                    Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
