03. 08.04.2021 The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 01.03.2021. Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments made in the application, the number of the P.S. Case "159" appearing in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 01.03.2021 be corrected as "72".

In view of the above correction, the time period for surrender of the Petitioners in the court below is extended by three weeks with effect from today. The I.A. stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order/judgment available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020.
