                   mode.
                       Heard Mr. M. K. Mohapatro, learned counsel for the
                   petitioner     and   Mr.   L.   Samantray,       learned    Addl.
                   Government Advocate.
                       This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner
                   seeking for a direction to the opposite parties to
                   sanction and disburse the compensation amount for
                   construction of canal under Ret Irrigation Project as per
                   the judgment dated 24.11.2015 passed by the learned
                   Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in L.A.R.
                   No.109 of 2015.
                       Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
                   pursuant to an application filed under Section 18 of the
                   Land Acquisition Act, 1894, L.A.R. Case No.109 of 2015
                   was registered before the learned Civil Judge (Senior
                   Division), Bhawanipatna. The court below by judgment
                   dated 24.11.2015 answered the reference. However, no
                   action   has    been   taken    as   yet   for   sanction    and
                   disbursement of the compensation amount in favour of
                   the petitioner. He further submitted that a similar Writ
                   Petition bearing W.P.(C) No.30514 of 2020 has been
                   disposed of on 13.11.2020 directing opposite party No.1
                   to sanction the amount at an early date and opposite
      Prasant      party no.3 to take expeditious step for disbursement of
 the compensation amount. He submitted that the
present Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing
similar order.
    Considering the limited nature of grievance, the
Writ Petition is disposed of directing the opposite party
No.1 to sanction the amount at an early date after
which, the opposite party No.3-Land Acquisition Officer,
Ret Irrigation, Kusumkhunti shall take consequential
steps for disbursement of the compensation amount in
favour of the petitioner, if there is no other legal
impediment.
    The entire exercise shall be completed within a
period of four months from the date of production of
certified copy of this order along with a copy of this writ
petition. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the
order along with the writ petition within a period of
fifteen days before opposite party nos.1 and 3.
    On account of restrictions due to the COVID-19
situation, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a
soft copy of this order available in the High Court's
website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in
the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587,
dated 25th March, 2020.
