02.   07.04.2021            This matter is taken up by video conferencing
                   mode.
                            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
                            Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in
                   terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali
                   Giri @ Paul v. State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.)
                   & others, 2016 (I) ILR-1162 vide order dated 09.12.2020
                   under Annexure-2, which has been passed in pursuance
                   of the order dated 24.12.2019 in W.P.(C) No.28032 of
                   2019, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing
                   the present writ petition.
                            Issue notice to the opposite parties.
                            Four extra copies of the writ petition be served on
                   learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1
                   to 4 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions
                   or file counter affidavit.
                           As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation
                   are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize
                   the soft copy of this order available in the High Court's
                   website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in
                   the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated
                   25th March, 2020.
