Mr. B. Kirankumar, learned counsel appeared for the

petitioner, Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appeared on behalf of

respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 and Mrs. Ch. Nonibala, learned counsel

appeared on behalf of respondent No. 4.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner that this matter was earlier referred for mediation,

however, the same has been returned with a report that mediation

process was unsuccessful. The learned counsel for the petitioner

further submitted that, in fact, the mediation proceeding was going

smoothly and the party was agreeable to settle the dispute, however,

as the period of the Mediation Drive- Mediation 'for the Nation 1' had

already expired, the matter has been returned back with a report that

the mediation process was unsuccessful. The learned counsel

accordingly prays that this matter may be referred again for Page 1 mediation as there is possibility of an amicable settlement of the

dispute between the parties through mediation proceedings.

In view of the submission made above, Registry is

directed to refer this matter again to the mediation Centre, High Court

of Manipur for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of

the dispute.

The petitioner and the respondents or any officers duly

authorized by them in writing shall be present before the appointed

Mediator on 16.04.2026 at 1: 30 pm.

A copy of this order be furnished to all the counsels

appearing for the parties through their whatsapp/e-mail for doing the

needful.
