[2] Mr. W. Sanatomba, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1, Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 & Mr. Akash Longjam, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 pray for some time for filing compliance report.

[3] Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that there is a change in the portfolio of Finance Department.
