[1] Mr. W. Sanatomba, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for one week's time for filing rejoinder affidavit. [2] Present Mr. A. Bheigya, learned Jr. G.A. for the State respondent.

[3] Mr. N. Umakanta, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Y. Bilot, learned counsel on behalf of Manipur Police Housing Corporation Ltd., strongly opposes the prayer for adjournment as the third NIT cannot be proceeded. [4] However, in the interest of justice, one week's time is granted to the petitioner for filing rejoinder affidavit. [5] List this case on 18.03.2026.
