[1] Heard Mr. N. Kumarjit, learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

[2] The petitioner is praying for re-evaluation of answer sheets of Anatomy Theory paper-I and paper-II for MBBS Phase-I Examination, 2025 (Supplementary).

                    respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
                    [5]           Petitioner is directed to take step to respondent No. 3 by
                    speed post.
                    [6]           Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the

matter is for disposal in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ran Vijay Singh vs. State of U.P. reported as (2018) 2 SCC 357.

[7] Learned counsel for the respondents pray for some time for seeking instruction.
