Mr. D. Julius Riamei, learned counsel appeared on

behalf of the petitioner; Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appeared

on behalf of the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submitted that during the pendency of this two writ petition, the

authorities have issued another order dated 06.10.2025 extending

further period of suspension of the petitioner with effect from

07.10.2025 for a period of 180 days. The learned counsel prays for

giving one weeks time to bring on record the said latest extension

order.
