behalf of the petitioner; and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA

appeared on behalf of the respondents.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner that issue raise in this writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 16.06.2025

passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 1110 of 2022 and that

the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the said

judgment and order.

Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the

respondents seeks one week time to examine and verify the

contention made by the learned counsel appearing for the

against the said judgment and order.
